Sr. Customer Support Analyst: Portland, OR
Customer satisfaction is job number one. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally providing top notch customer service to new and existing customers as well as partnering with internal senior support representatives. In addition, you will directly work with Springbrook Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services to provide case management and solutions to Springbrook customers.
Business Development Executive: National
Focus on hunting for New Logo opportunities in the Small/Medium Government Agency arena. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for selling Springbrook’s subscription and perpetual license offerings.
The ideal candidate is experienced at managing a sales territory and pipeline, actively engaging in outreach, and working with prospects to nurture their development into qualified opportunities. They understand that pipeline building and development is the foundation of success in this hunting role. They will understand how to use their Sales Engineer, Manager, and supporting executive team in a way that leverages those resources to gain momentum with their prospects. They will also have a solid foundation in early stage discovery, needs development, and establishing compelling business consequences that drive decisions. The ideal candidate will act as a consultant and be able to translate Springbrook product offerings into solutions to those identified needs. They will understand the importance of competitive differentiations, and how to establish important buying criteria that their prospects should consider in their decision. And the ideal candidate will have the competitive spirit and desire to compete to win, and to exceed their quota target. They will bring enthusiasm and energy to the role in a way that spreads to all who interact with them.
Account Manager: National
The ideal candidate is experienced at maintaining and growing the investments of Enterprise Accounts within a specific territory or named accounts. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing client relationships by ensuring customer success and developing a roadmap for growth. The Account Manager will be based in Springbrook’s Portland Office and will be responsible for selling Springbrook’s subscription software, perpetual licenses, software renewals and professional services. Business will principally be conducted in the Portland office and this position requires minimal, 20% or less, travel.
Activities include assisting with direct marketing and lead generation campaigns, assisting with account collection and renewals, managing sales efforts, prospecting, lead follow-up, preparation of budgetary estimates, preparation of proposals, contract negotiations, and contract closures as well as actively documenting these activities within Salesforce.com. The ideal candidate must also understand project delivery and actively participate at a high-level if needed. The Account Manager will be expected to facilitate customer interactions with all departments within Springbrook.
Quality Assurance Engineer: Portland, OR
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be an individual contributor, focused on product and process quality. You enjoy working with cross-functional teams and are capable of both maintaining and enforcing high levels of product reliability. You understand that quality is more than just testing and have a keen eye for places where automation and process can deliver longer-term value.
