What is ACTIVATE?

ACTIVATE is Springbrook Software’s annual user conference, bringing together local government finance, HR, and utility professionals who use Springbrook’s software. It’s an opportunity to network, learn, and connect directly with the Springbrook team.

When and where is ACTIVATE 2026?

ACTIVATE 2026 takes place October 26–28, 2026 in Orlando, Florida. The conference is hosted at an exclusive Disney property — the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista and Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista, Disney Springs Resort Area, 1850 Hotel Plaza Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830.

Who should attend?

ACTIVATE is designed for current Springbrook Software customers — including finance directors, utility billing managers, HR administrators, IT staff, and anyone who works with Springbrook’s ERP, utility billing, payroll, or HR products in local government or utility organizations.

Who are the keynote speakers?

Can I earn CPE credits?

Yes. Springbrook Enterprise CPE training is included as part of the ACTIVATE 2026 program.

How do I register?

What are the registration fees?

Registration covers all training and food (airfare and lodging not included). Early Bird Special through 5/22: $999. Standard rate 5/23–10/1: $1,099. Late rate 10/2–10/26: $1,200.

Where should I book my hotel?

The conference hotel is the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista and Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista, Disney Springs Resort Area, 1850 Hotel Plaza Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830. The resort offers two outdoor pools, a children’s pool and recreational area, poolside hot tub and fire pit, video game room, state of the art fitness center, and sand volleyball court and basketball court.

CANCELLATION POLICY

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received 30 or more days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations received within 29 days of the event will receive a credit toward ACTIVATE 2027.
