Following on the Springbrook Research Institute webinar on the $1 billion state and local cybersecurity grant program, NASCIO Executive Director Doug Robinson provides an update on the progress of funds moving through the system for local government agency cybersecurity hygiene initiatives.

The recently announced program will be distributing $200 million to local government agencies in 2022, and the Springbrook Research Institute wants to make sure that your agency is prepared when the application window opens. The awards will be issued through a competitive process, and the more information you have, the better your chances of receiving grant money.
